Butternut Squash Soup Ingredients:
- Yellow Squash (2 medium)
- Sweet Onion (1 medium)
- Carrots (2 large)
- Brown Potato (1 medium)
- Chicken Broth (1 cup)
Butternut Squash Soup Instructions:
- Chop up all the ingredients and place in a large pan
- Allow ingredients to soften up in pan (add chicken broth throughout process)
- Once soft, throw veggies in NutriBullet Blender until liquid
- Pour soup in a pot to boil
- Add spices + enjoy 🙂
