This post is going to cover my absolute favorite purchases, products, food and entertain for the month of July. (Trust me when I say, this might be the best monthly round up yet)
Happy AUGUST! I cannot believe that this summer is winding down but I would be lying if I said I’m not excited for the best season — Fall!
Today I am going to highlight all my July Favorites — whether it is best amazon purchases, favorite foods, home, beauty and apparel.

1. White Apple Watch Band
This white Apple Watch band is from Amazon and it is so cute! I purchased my series 5 Apple Watch a few months ago and have been excited to step up my band accessories.
Amazon has so many apple watch band options that I can’t wait to try. The white one listed above is super comfortable and is great quality (feels the same as the apple brand) but it is fraction the price!

2. Dry Roasted Edamame Wasabi
These Spicy Wasabi Edamame are my all time FAVORITE snack hands down (currently eating them while I type this 😂) and the best part is they are good for you!
It is my goal to get a good serving of protein with every meal — including snacks. So when I find a spicy snack that is healthy, loaded with protein, delicious and super filling, I’m all about it.
You can buy these Spicy Edamame at your local grocery store but I have found they are much cheaper when you buy them in bulk from Amazon!

3. Collagen Peptides
I have talked about all the crazy benefits of supplementing collagen before and I promise it is the BEST thing you can take for your hair, skin and nails.
Vital Proteins is the brand I swear by and I am signed up for the automatic monthly delivery. I have been taking collagen for 4 months now and the results are VERY real.
I swear every one of my friends and family keep complimenting how long my hair is getting and it is so shiny!! But what I have noticed the MOST is my nails. They are getting insanely long and thick (I have to cut them every week sometimes twice a week)
Lastly, I love the extra dose of protein you get!!

THIS SHAKE IS SO GOOD!
I drink this every single morning and it is so delicious, healthy, keeps me full ALL morning and gives me energy!!
How To Make This Green Shake:
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (or 1 scoop of OWYN vanilla plant based protein)
- 1 handful of organic Kale
- 1 handful of organic Spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or as much as you need for it to be creamy)
Add all the ingredients to your Vita Mix Blender and ENJOY!

5. Tummy Tamers
I have always been prone to super bad stomach issues. Indigestion, extreme bloating, cramps, everything.
I came across these all natural Peppermint Tummy Tamers on Amazon with amazing reviews so I figured I had to try it out and so far so good!!
You have to take one 15 minutes prior to eating on an empty stomach and it has seriously helped so far!! I have noticed feeling way less blasting after eating which is huge for me.
They aren’t a cure and you should consult your doctor before taking, but so far they have seemed to help me!

6. Tongue Scraper
Let me start by saying these tongue scrapers have over 8,000 5 star reviews on Amazon and THEY WORK.
They are intended to remove bad breath and improve oral hygiene to the MAX. Full disclosure — when I first tried these it was so gross. 😂😂
The amount of gunk that they scrap off your tongue is DISTURBING but after doing it, my mouth has NEVER felt so clean. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to step up their oral routine!!

7. True Body Bra
This is the BEST bra I have ever worn!!
True & CO. Body Convertible Bra is my new favorite bra and I don’t think I will ever go back to a different bra. It is so comfortable and flattering! It feels like a comfy sports bra but fits great under clothes.
SIZING: I am a 34DD/ 32DDD (store depending) and ordered a large. It fits good, but I think I will try to order a medium for my next purchase in hopes for a tighter fit.

8. The Ordinary Skincare Products
I have raved about the ordinary in my correct order to apply your skincare products post before and nothing has changed.
The Ordinary is a skincare brand who was tired of people getting ripped off by expensive skincare products. They made it their company goal to provide the best quality skincare products at an affordable price and they nailed it.
My favorite products are:
- AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling solution (this is used 2x a week and offers a deep exfoliating that fights pore congestion and improves skin radiance)
- Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (I use this in the morning after cleansing. It helps with congestion and offers brightening benefits. This product is also known to help improve acne prone skin!)
- Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (I use this product after the Niacinamide. This product is intended to help with skin hydration and overall healthy appearance aka give you a good glow)

9. Facial Cupping
Facial cupping is the strangest concept (and definitely a bit extra 😂) but trust me when I say it is amazing.
My sister surprised me with this facial cupping kit as a birthday gift and I have been loving it.
So, what is facial cupping and why should people use it? Well, everyone talks about exercising their body but no one talks about the benefits of exercising their FACE. Thats when facial cupping comes into play.
